Two house blends carry the counter: Dark Horse and Cafe Racer, roasted under Imperial Moto's own name and the easiest way to understand what the place is about. Founded in 2016, it calls itself Miami's original moto-inspired café and specialty coffee roaster, and the pairing is not decoration.
