Kopê House is the first permanent cafe from Alex Ji, Carlos Lewis, and Jared Hallinan, three San Francisco baristas who met while working at Blue Bottle. The compact Hayes Valley shop serves its own house roast, rotating single-origin coffees, classic espresso drinks, and playful signatures such as cocktail- and pastry-inspired coffees.
