Constance Tea & Matcha is an Outer Richmond tea studio devoted to Japanese matcha and tea. Its defining feature is on-site stone milling: whole tencha leaves are ground in commercial Japanese ishi-usu mills, giving guests access to matcha prepared shortly after milling rather than from a long-opened tin.
