The first APEACH café, and still the fan destination

The APEACH café concept launched in Busan before it appeared elsewhere, which gives this branch a flagship standing among Kakao Friends fans. People have travelled down from Seoul for it, which says more about the character's pull than about the coffee list.

It belongs to South Korea's character-café circuit, where café culture, merchandise and themed presentation overlap. The café is on the fourth floor of a Kakao Friends store, so the visit is bound up with browsing character goods as much as with ordering a drink. The building announces itself from the street first, and the café is found on the way up.
