One board, five ways to brew

Order the nitro first, then decide how long to stay

Start with the nitro if you want the order that most clearly separates 16 from a plain espresso bar. Among the formats on the board it is the strongest signal that the cold coffee side is more than one iced variant, and cold brew or drip sits beside it as a defined category rather than an afterthought. If the day calls for something plainer, move to filter: a longer cup and a slower sit, which is what the room is set up for.
