A case led by croissants

Croissants set the tone at this Brooklyn bakery, and the seasonal one is the point of the visit: the Pumpkin Pie Croissant takes the lamination the shop is best at and fills it with something closer to dessert. The rest of the case follows the same logic, sweet and familiar: chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, cakes and bread.
