Switcha Café is the cafe and smoothie bar at Caerula Mar Club in Driggs Hill Settlement on South Andros, and it works as one part of the resort’s dining programme rather than as a standalone coffee brand. Gourmet coffee, pastries and light bites fill out a menu built for morning and midday.

Smoothies and gourmet coffee

The smoothie bar is the identity. Day-starting smoothies tie the counter to the beginning of a South Andros day, before the beach or between other plans, and they are what the cafe is known for as much as anything on the coffee side of the menu.

Coffee sits right beside them. Gourmet coffee is the named companion to the smoothies and the pastries, which makes Switcha useful for a first drink of the day, a lighter pause, or a simple cafe order taken away from the more formal restaurants elsewhere on the property.

A resort cafe, not a restaurant

The food programme is deliberately narrow: pastries, light bites and not much beyond them. Those categories point to breakfast and midday grazing rather than a structured multi-course meal, which is the right expectation to arrive with.

That narrowness is the design rather than a shortfall. Switcha is one piece of a larger resort dining setup, so it does not need to cover dinner as well. Whimsical and island-inspired in style, the room is relaxed and guest-oriented, closer to a polished counter than a ceremonial dining space.
