The kitchen and bar here are entirely plant-based, so the milk in the coffee, the bakes on the counter and whatever is poured later all follow the same rule. Through the day it works as a speciality coffee shop, which is the reason to come before the afternoon.

One room, two rhythms

Later on, the coffee bar becomes a drinks bar. Wine, cocktails and beer take over, so the address covers a morning cup and an evening glass without changing venue. That all-day format is the point of the place: one counter and one plant-based kitchen behind both halves of the day.

How to use it

Come early for the coffee and something baked, later for a glass of wine or a cocktail. The room does not change identity between the two, so a coffee in the evening or a beer in the afternoon both fit. If you are choosing between them, the coffee is the more distinctive half.
