Capacity is the first thing to know: Coffee & Co takes up to fifteen people, split between an indoor room and tables outside. That is the whole footprint, and it decides how the cafe works, as a short stop in the middle of Tbilisi rather than a place to settle a group into.

A compact room in the middle of the city

The indoor side is sheltered and close-quartered, modern and plain rather than styled. Outside, the tables put you on the street in central Tbilisi, which is the better seat when the weather allows and the reason the cafe works as a pause between other things.

Counter service matches the scale. You order at the bar and carry the cup yourself, and at fifteen seats the room fills and empties quickly enough that a table usually turns up.

Treat it as a coffee pause

Come for a coffee between other stops rather than for a menu. The house does not name a roaster or a signature drink, so the honest read is the format itself: a small central cafe, counter service, and a choice between an indoor seat and the street.
