The list is short and does not pretend otherwise: espresso drinks, pastries, cookies, sandwiches and ice cream, handed over a counter in the resort's main lobby. Espresso is the spine of it, and everything else is chosen to cover the small gaps in a resort day rather than to compete with the restaurants.

A lobby counter for the in-between hours

Coco Café is for the hours when a full meal is more than you want: a coffee between the pool and dinner, a sandwich when lunch has been missed, ice cream in the Punta Cana afternoon heat. The format is casual and quick, and the value is that several small needs get answered in one stop without leaving the main building.

Order an espresso and a pastry

An espresso drink with a pastry is the cleanest first order and shows the counter at its simplest. Swap the pastry for a cookie if the moment is smaller, take the sandwich when the coffee is standing in for lunch, and go to the ice cream when the visit is about a treat rather than caffeine.
