Matcha with cold foam, then the cachito

The fullest version layers iced matcha with vanilla pistachio milk, homemade vanilla-maple cold foam and a drizzle of wildflower lavender, which shows why texture and layering are what the counter is known for. On the coffee side, the vanilla maple latte with cold foam is the named order, and an iced latte is the plainer route. Add the sourdough cachito if you want something to eat with it.

It sits in Coconut Grove next door to a yoga studio, which shapes the traffic: many visits are the stop after a class, for matcha, a small bite and a look along the shelves. Service is warm and neighbourhood-scaled, closer to a friend's kitchen than to a high-volume café line.

Take the matcha latte, add the cachito, and eat at one of the small tables rather than walking straight out with it. Then look at the shelves properly. The pantry side is the part people underestimate, and it is where the place separates itself from every other good coffee counter in Miami. Most people leave with something they had not planned to buy, which is the design of a pantry with a counter attached.

For coffee drinkers the vanilla maple latte is the equivalent order, and an iced latte covers a plainer morning. Bakery and breakfast items rotate alongside, but the sourdough cachito is the item most closely attached to the café, and it is the one to try first.
